We are delighted to announce that winger Kieran Moore is our second new signing of the summer.

The 20-year-old makes the move to Forthbank from Queen’s Park, where he was voted Young Player of the Year last season.

Kieran joined the Spiders from Lochgilphead Red Star in the summer of 2018 after scoring 61 goals for his local side in 2017/18.

He netted five times in 23 League Two appearances for Queen’s Park last season and becomes our second new recruit for 2020/21, following the arrival of former Dunfermline and Airdrie striker Andy Ryan on Friday.

Binos boss Kevin Rutkiewicz said: “Kieran was Young Player of the Year at Queen’s Park last season – he has come from a very good environment and we have beaten two or three clubs to his signature. His attitude is first class and he is extremely dedicated to his career in football.

“We are hoping we are getting someone who is just about to bloom and his numbers in League 2 last season were very good in terms of goals, assists and minutes on the pitch. Kieran can play right or left wing and also through the middle but I see him being a wide player for us.”

Chairman Stuart Brown added: “It was an absolute pleasure meeting Kieran’s family this afternoon and we are delighted to secure his signature for season 20/21. He arrives at Stirling Albion on the back of a successful spell at Queen’s Park, which was rewarded with him being voted as their Young Player of the Year.

“A number of other SPFL clubs were keen to sign Kieran but I’ve no doubt he has chosen wisely to continue his journey with us and I’m equally confident that an extremely bright future career lies ahead.”
