The Stirling Albion Foundation is the charitable arm of the football club.
The aspirations of the board of trustees are to ensure the charity is at the heart of the local community increasing participation in sporting activities for people of all ages and also working with key stakeholders to address local social issues.
They are now seeking to recruit a Football Development Officer whose main role would be to lead the Foundation in delivering increased participation in football activities. This will involve planning and delivering weekly coaching sessions, holiday camps and engaging with key local stakeholders to increase the awareness of all the Foundations activities.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Trustees to ensure key targets and outcomes are achieved.
A key part of the role is creating positive and sustainable working relationships with key partners on a local, regional and national level.
The successful applicant will be the lead member of staff in all current and new football coaching projects along with other community activities.
