We are delighted to announce that Christine Curtis has been appointed General Manager of Stirling Albion Football Club.

Christine has fulfilled the role of Commercial Manager since July 2021 but in recent months has been shadowing Andy Kennedy who is now taking a well-earned rest and stepping back from the interim role he adopted last year. Christine’s appointment has been carried out in line with the Working Together Agreement that sees both the Company and Trust Boards collaborating on key personnel changes. Both boards are unanimous in their support for Christine having been impressed with the dedication and commitment she shows to the Club along with her extensive experience in a similar role at Edinburgh City. We are confident she has the skills and personal qualities required to help us build a successful business and a successful football club.

Alasdair Dunn from the Company Board welcomed the appointment saying ‘Christine has been instrumental in the Club’s recent success, helping to provide stability and continuity as we go through a period of significant change. She has built a loyal team of volunteers and fostered excellent working relationships at all levels within the Club and with key external partners. We’re sure she’ll help bring the success we are all striving for.’

Our new General Manager said ‘I am delighted to be given this opportunity to lead the club into League One. I look forward to working closely with our fans, sponsors, volunteers, corporate partners and the local community’.
