If you were a season ticket holder last season you should be receiving an email today from our new ticketing partner TicketCo with a link to renew.  You just need to click on the Renew Now button, check your details and make your payment. Once you’ve paid you should receive an email with all the details, including a PDF which you can save and print if you wish.

You can also save your ticket in the TicketCo app.  Just download it from the Apple or Google Play store.

And remember, we will be printing out physical plastic cards for everyone too. You’ll be able to pick up yours from Forthbank.  Keep an eye on the website and our social channels for news of that.  We’ll also email everyone to let them know when they’re available for collection.

We’ve designed the process to be as simple as possible but hiccups are inevitable as we bed in a new system so please bear with us.  If you have any issues or problems then please get in touch using our dedicated ticketing email address tickets@stirlingalbionfc.co.uk or phone us at the office on 01786 450399

There are a couple of things you might want to check (or know) before you get in touch

  • If you don’t get an email after you’ve paid, please check your spam/junk mail folder
  • If you bought a season ticket last year for yourself AND one or more FREE season tickets for 12 and unders please buy your own ticket first then get in touch with us at the office and we’ll get your details and issue your additional ticket(s). We have to be cautious about sharing children’s data via email so please bear with us as we take you though this additional step
  • If you’re under 12 and had your own FREE season ticket last year you won’t have received a link to renew. If you want a FREE ticket and will be coming along with a parent or guardian then they will be able to get a ticket for you by contacting the office AFTER they have bought their own ticket (as above).  If you want a FREE season ticket and will be coming along on your own you will need to collect a form from the office and get your parent or guardian to complete and return it before we issue your ticket
  • If we have your details wrong then just get in touch. This might be things like you preferring a different seat, or you’re now eligible for a concessionary ticket or we’ve got the wrong name or seat number. Just get in touch and we will send you out a new link
  • If you’re a disabled supporter and you had a season ticket last year you won;t get a renewal link – we will get in touch with you separately to make sure we can offer you exactly what you need to enjoy a safe matchday experience
  • If you were a season ticket holder last year but haven’t received an email from TicketCo then let us know and we’ll investigate and sort things out for you

We’re reserving all of these seats for the next couple of week so if we’ve got something wrong just get in touch and we’ll sort it out. We won’t be selling your seat to anyone else in the interim.

We aim to get season tickets on general sale towards the end of next week.
