Having reluctantly accepted his resignation, Stirling Albion Football Club wants to publicly express thanks to Niall Marshall, Community Engagement and Youth Development Manager for all that he has done for the club over the last few years.

Niall has been tireless through very difficult times, particularly through the Covid pandemic and major changes at the football club. He has also improved and extended the support network for all our development teams, and increased the professionalism of the club approach to youth player exit.

Due to a change in family circumstances, Niall informed the club some time ago that he could no longer continue as the club lead on community engagement. In addition, as part of the football club’s strategic review that includes Youth Development, the club could not commit to a new role that satisfied Niall’s requirements within Youth Development. Niall will continue in his role into July and undertake the necessary handover of community and youth portfolio to the appropriate club directors.

We wish Niall all the best in the future and he knows he will always be welcome at Forthbank.
