We are looking for a VOLUNTEER ACCOUNTANT to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to use your skills to help your club!
Tasks will include:
- Raising invoices
- Making payments
- Assisting with bank reconciliations
- Reviewing and reporting on management accounts
- Compiling budgets
- Liaising with auditors and assisting with audit requests
- Ad-hoc analysis
The time commitment is roughly 2 hours per week with some extra for quarterly reports, budget and audit.
The ideal candidate will be:
- A qualified accountant or with accounts experience
- Competent in using Excel
- Familiar with using Xero (although this is not essential as training will be provided)
