The Club Executive Board are pleased to announce the appointment of Graham Douglas as a Director with immediate effect.
This is an interim appointment which is simply to ensure that we can conduct business should anything untoward happen to one or other of the remaining Directors. Graham’s appointment was discussed and fully supported by the Trust Board at a joint meeting earlier this week.
Graham has been an active member of the Club Executive Board since November 2012 and, aside from being accorded formal voting rights, this move is very much in the interest of maintaining ‘business as usual’.
The Executive Board wish to apologise for the delay in this announcement but certain administrative procedures had to be completed before any statement was possible.
