Stirling Albion Football Club are celebrating their 75th anniversary this year and are looking for former players to get in touch with a view to launching a Former Players’ Association.
We would like all our former players to remain a part of the club and hope to line up, among other things, golf days and invites to games to meet with supporters and hospitality guests alongside your former playing colleagues.
We also intend to host an annual Hall of Fame dinner with inductees each year.
In the relatively recent past we held reunions of the team that defeated Selkirk 20-0 in 1984 and Kevin Drinkell’s 1995-96 championship-winning side. Those events proved very popular and we invite all former players to contact Neil Emslie on fpa@stirlingalbion.info with your details
Over 200 ex-players have so far been contacted through social media but we know there are many hundreds more out there so please get in touch – we would love to hear from you!
