It’s part one of a home double header on Saturday as we welcome Edinburgh City to Forthbank before hosting Tranent Juniors in Scottish Cup round three next week.

We go into the game looking to bounce back from two recent defeats while Gary Naysmith’s men were 3-1 winners against Stranraer in their last outing.

It was 2-2 when the sides met at Ainslie Park in September but City have won 1-0 on their last two trips to Forthbank. The capital club are sixth in cinch League 2, four points below Stirling but with a game in hand away to Elgin City on Tuesday night.

Binos boss Kevin Rutkiewicz will be without Adam Cummins (suspended) while fellow defenders Martin McNiff, Paul McLean and James Creaney are out injured. Leo Watson’s fitness will be assessed following his time away with the Scotland U19 squad but Jordan McGregor returns from a one-match ban.

The referee is Ross Hardie and kick-off is the usual 3.00pm.

Admission is by cash or card at the turnstiles – £14 for adults, £10 for seniors, £5 for students & U17s, and free for U12s with a paying adult.

The match programme will be on sale priced £2.50 and the pie of the day is steak and sausage!
