We welcome Clyde to Forthbank in the third round of the William Hill Scottish Cup on Saturday, having beaten Strathspey Thistle in round two.

Team news: Striker Darryl Duffy starts a two-match ban after being sent off in last week’s 2-0 win over Annan Athletic. Defenders Jordan Lowdon and Gareth Rodger remain out and the game comes too soon for joint-top scorer Josh Peters. Midfielders Kevin Nicoll and David Wilson have a chance of being involved.

Clyde: The Bully Wee held Inverness CT to a 0-0 draw in the Caramel Wafer Cup quarter-final last week but lost on penalties. Top scorer David Goodwillie, winger Chris Johnston and defender Alex Petkov all missed that game but are expected to return. Danny Lennon’s team are sitting seventh in League 1.

Past meetings: Clyde have a good record at Forthbank and won both meetings here last season en route to promotion via the play-offs. They knocked us out of the Scottish Cup in 2016/17, winning 3-2 in a fourth-round replay. Our last win over Clyde was 2-1 at Forthbank in February 2018.
