Regular readers of Colin Rowley’s “Outside The Box” column will recall that we announced that we will go ahead with our 2-year delayed annual dinner on Friday 22nd April 2022 at the Golden Lion.
We’ve confirmed the final line up of speakers in the last fewweeks – Former whistle blower, John Rowbotham and former Binos winger, George McNeill.
This promises to be a fantastic event after such a long delay and is a vital part of our annual fund raising efforts and makes a welcome return after the disappointing last few years.
Normally by this time of year we would already have advertised tickets for public sale, however this year has had to be a little different. Owing to the annual dinner in 2020 being fully booked and people had paid for their tickets, we had to ensure first that all of those who had booked and paid before had been given the opportunity to attend again. The vast majority of those who booked in 2020 have taken us up on this, however we do have a very small amount of tickets available at the price of £65 per head.
