Stirling Albion are delighted to announce that midfielder Ray Grant is our first new signing for season 2021/22.

The 24-year-old was with Norwich City as a youngster and spent two years with Clyde before moving to Alloa Athletic, where he made 24 starts in the Championship in 2020/21.

Binos boss Kevin Rutkiewicz said: “Raymond is a player I have admired for a long time. He has undoubted quality and arrives with the experience of Championship football and a promotion under his belt over the last few years. His impact on the team will be felt and Raymond showed a real desire to come to Stirling Albion and help us on our journey. Welcome aboard!”

Chairman Stuart Brown added: “The Club Board is delighted that Kevin’s first new signing for next season is a player of such proven ability and experience. Talks are underway with a number of other targets and I’m confident that the news of Raymond’s arrival will act as a positive indicator of our ambition. Welcome to Stirling Albion, Ray!”
