Dylan has asked to be released from his contract to return home for personal and family-related reasons and whilst we would have loved him to stay, given the circumstances, Darren Young and the Club Board had no hesitation in agreeing to this request.

As a part-time footballer, it is hard enough being away from home and living alone in “normal” times but Covid has made life even more difficult for Dylan both in Scotland, back home in Nantes and of course, the travelling in-between.

Dylan will be at training tonight to say his farewells to the players and backroom staff.

Dylan leaves with our thanks and gratitude for the entertainment and excitement he has given the Club and our supporters during his time at Forthbank and on behalf of everyone associated with Stirling Albion I wish him all the very best for the future, including his upcoming marriage later this year.

In all likelihood this is “Goodbye” and not “Au Revoir” but you never know…

Bon voyage, Dylan. You take with you countless memories and leave behind many Scottish friends.
