I’m devastated to be the bearer of bad news on the morning of our opening cinch SPFL2 match of the season.
Paul suffered an Achilles injury at training last week and a MRI scan this week has confirmed that he has suffered a complete rupture.
The Club acted swiftly to arrange a private operation which he will undergo this coming Thursday and naturally, the Club will do everything possible to assist Paul with his rehabilitation back to full fitness.
I have no doubt that everyone associated with Stirling Albion will join me is wishing Paul all the very best for a successful outcome to his operation and a full and speedy recovery.
