Stirling Albion head for Links Park on Saturday to play Montrose in the second round of the SPFL Trust Trophy.

Fans are reminded that it’s a 1.30pm kick-off, which was agreed between the clubs to allow supporters to also attend Scotland’s match with Moldova at Hampden on Saturday night.

If the scores are level after 90 minutes it’s straight to penalties to decide the outcome, with no extra time at this stage of the competition.

The winners will be at home to Celtic B or Morton in round three on the weekend of October 9/10.

Binos boss Kevin Rutkiewicz will again be without Ross McGeachie, Jordan McGregor and Paul McLean while Ciaran Summers has left the club to take up a job down south.

League 1 Montrose, managed by Stewart Petrie, have made a good start to the season but suffered their first defeat last weekend, going down 2-1 to Dumbarton.

Admission is £10 for adults & £5 concessions – cash turnstiles will be available.

Montrose are also streaming the match live, priced £8. Details HERE

The referee for Saturday’s game is Chris Fordyce.
