Stirling Albion left-back Jordan Lowdon is facing a spell on the sidelines after undergoing knee surgery at the end of last week.

The 27-year-old former Clyde defender joined us from Elgin City in the summer and was a regular in the early part of the season but will now be missing for a period of time.

Everyone at SAFC wishes Jordan a speedy recovery.

In better news for the Binos, centre-half Gareth Rodger – who underwent a procedure on his knee early in the season – travelled with the squad to Elgin as the 19th man on Saturday.
