Stirling Albion are delighted to announce the signing of experienced striker Darryl Duffy.

The 35-year-old, who was capped by Scotland at B level, can count Rangers, Falkirk, Swansea City, Bristol Rovers and Cheltenham Town among his many former clubs.

Darryl joins us after leaving Airdrieonians in May, having scored 14 goals in 39 appearances in all competitions for the Diamonds last season.

He becomes our 15th signing of the summer and Binos boss Kevin Rutkiewicz said: “It’s been in the offing for a wee while and I’m delighted to get it over the line.

“Darryl is a striker coming off the back of a good season in League 1 and he comes with experience. When I became aware of his availability it was a no-brainer to try and get him to the club and the board have been fantastic to help make that happen.”
