We are delighted to announce that goalkeeper Cammy Binnie has signed a new deal for the 2020/21 season.

The 22-year-old made his debut against Forfar back in March 2015 after coming through the youth system at Forthbank and will compete with Blair Currie for the No 1 jersey.

Binos boss Kevin Rutkiewicz said: “I’m thrilled that Cammy is staying with us for next season and it’s a luxury to have two goalkeepers of that quality to choose from. Cammy was excellent in the games he played before his injury last season and I was worried we were going to lose him this summer.

“He has always been a goalkeeper with promise but he is beginning to grow this authority about him, which is great because the attributes are there – he is fit and athletic. As far as I’m concerned I have two No 1 goalkeepers to choose from.”

Chairman Stuart Brown added: “It’s great news that Cammy has decided to commit his future to Stirling Albion for another season. Cammy has been with the club since 2011 and has developed into a well-respected and popular figure between the sticks. He re-joins forces with Blair Currie to form a partnership that will be the envy of every club in the lower leagues.”
