Stirling Albion are delighted to announce the double signing of James Creaney and David Wilson from Annan Athletic.

James, 30, is a left-back who had a spell at Forthbank in 2014/15 and has also played for Ayr United, Stranraer, Dumbarton, Alloa and Cowdenbeath. He has spent the last two seasons at Galabank and made 30 appearances for Peter Murphy’s team in 2018/19.

David, 24, is a midfielder who was with Partick Thistle, Stranraer and Dumbarton before joining Annan last summer. He was a mainstay of the team that came so close to winning promotion via the play-offs and started 44 games across all competitions, scoring eight goals in the process.

That takes our tally of new signings to five, following the recent arrivals of Jordan Lowdon (Elgin City), Lewis Hawke (Queen’s Park) and Paul McLean (Brechin City).
