Stirling Albion head for Coatbridge tomorrow to play Albion Rovers at the Reigart Stadium.

Both teams are looking to bounce back from 3-1 defeats to Stenhousemuir – we lost to the Warriors last weekend while Rovers were beaten at Ochilview on Tuesday.

Before that we had gone nine games without defeat while Brian Reid’s men were four matches unbeaten without conceding a goal. We won 2-1 when the sides met earlier in the season and also triumphed 1-0 on our last visit to Lanarkshire 12 months ago.

Binos boss Kevin Rutkiewicz will be without Jordan McGregor (suspended) and Martin McNiff (injured) while full-back Leo Watson, on loan from Hearts, is on international duty with the Scotland U19 squad in Croatia and played in Wednesday’s 3-2 defeat to Armenia.

Prices at the gate are as follows:

  • Adults – £13
  • Concessions – £7
  • Under 12s – £2

The match will also be streamed live through ARTV for £10

The referee for Saturday’s game is Matthew MacDermid.

We are back at Forthbank next weekend to play Edinburgh City and end the month with another home game against Tranent Juniors in the Scottish Cup.
