The recent Stirling Albion Golf day was another great success. The weather relented just in time for the 30 teams to enjoy very pleasant conditions on a course up to its usual very high standard.
Winners were Mario Giannandrea’s team, representing Alex Brewster Electrical, who established an early lead and despite valiant efforts from several chasing teams, couldn’t be overhauled.
Thanks as always to the Stirling Golf Club who hosted the event and to those who donated such generous prizes. And, last but not least, to Colin Griffin and his team of helpers who did a great job of pulling it all together.
A sum of almost £5,000 was raised which will benefit the football club and a local charity.
