Myles joined the club in March 2003 after regular keeper Chris reid was injured and the club only had a young keeper available for selection. The club received special dispensation to sign a keeper and Myles was signed from neighbours Alloa. He began his career at Hearts as a youngster and in season 1995/96 he played one league for the gorgie road club. He then had a loan spell at juniors Newtongrange Star that season also before returning to Hearts.

He failed to make an appearance the next season at Tynecastle. Season 1997/98 saw him play a dozen games at Airdrie and a handful at Hamilton Accies. In season 1997/98 he joined his home town team Falkirk. He then spent the next fours seasons at Falkirk making 123 appearances for the Bairns. Before signing for the Albion he made nine appearances for Alloa before he lost his place in the first team to Derek Soutar.

Myles was first choice for most of last season, but at the begining of this season made way to Scott Christie. He did though grab the jersey back from Scott during September and October but since then he has again been behind in selection.
