Michael joined the club during the January 2009 transfer window from Stranraer. Started his career at Queen of the South in 2006 but only started three games scoring one goal before moving to Stranraer. He grabbed 14 goals for the Stair Park side last season as they gained promotion to the Second Division. Michael known as ‘Shooter’ due to his scoring ability made 87 appearances for Stranraer scoring 24 goals, although his time at Stair Park was interrupted by injury. Grabbed Stranraer’s first goal in the Albion’s 8-2 win at Stair Park at the end of January.
