Twist'N'Shout team member and life long Albion fan Neil Emslie takes a look at and describes the Hymnbook, that is the Supporters songs.

As pleasurable (almost) as the steamiest of encounters, as depressing as being stood up on a Friday night, - football - like no other game can whisk committed supporters into the realms of ecstacy or to the brink of near suicide and when the game is experienced in the flesh, there's only one way to rent those emotions fully - in Song.
Apologies to Rob Merrils and Red Card publishing for quoting their cover notes from the book Dick Out 2, but to us and the hundreds of Red'N'White clad lunatics who treat every home game with passion and commitment and every away game like a safari - these notes seem to sum it up.
The Albion supporters songs, most of them drink induced are laughed along and very often copied by other supporters ( i.e. Dundee United with Beautiful Sunday ) but most of all they unite us with the team in our mutual goal - success for Stirling Albion Football Club.
