Although written by Lennon and McCartney, this chant was born at the very first supporters club beach party which was held in Arbroath in the mid 1980's. It was first aired on the bus before arriving at Tutties Neuk ( favourite Bino watering hole ) whilst listening to Salt'n'Pepas cover version on the radio. Albion fan Bruce McLaughlin made it up as he went along and by the time two or three beers had been consumed it had caught on. Alex Bone is as we all know is irreplaceable but the line in which he features usually includes whoever is flavour of the month.
