We head for the capital on Saturday to play Edinburgh City at Ainslie Park, having won our last three away matches in Ladbrokes League 2.

Team news: Goalkeepers Blair Currie and Cammy Binnie remain out, along with left-back Jordan Lowdon. Midfielder Kevin Nicoll is still sidelined with a foot injury but on-loan Hamilton Accies midfielder Ronan Hughes is added to the squad after signing today. Owen Stott will again be on the bench as a trialist as back-up to keeper Nicky Hogarth. Striker Lewis Hawke this week left the club to join Montrose.

Opponents: James McDonaugh’s men are second in the table, five points behind leaders Cove Rangers. Their home record is impressive – eight wins, one draw and one defeat, 2-1 to Queen’s Park on January 11. City signed Hearts keeper Kelby Mason and Celtic winger Grant Savoury in deadline-day loan deals.

Past meetings: Edinburgh City have won both meetings 1-0 this season, most recently at Forthbank in December when Allan Smith scored a last-minute goal. The last five games between the teams have produced just four goals – a run that included a 1-0 victory for us in the capital last January.
