Stirling Albion F.C Customer Charter

ACCESSIBILITY
Stirling Albion Football Club (hereinafter referred to as “the Club”) continues to strive for wider access to matches by offering:

• Ample access to games at Forthbank Stadium for non season ticket holders and, in the event of the match being all-ticket, non season ticket holders will be able to purchase tickets after the requirements of season ticket holders have been met.
• Similar procedures apply to all-ticket matches at away venues.
• Concession for junior customers (under16), senior citizens (over 65), and students
• Favourable prices for junior and senior citizen season tickets.
• Support for disabled customers and their carers
• Any disabled person and their carer/helper(1) will be admitted free of charge and will be accommodated with other supporters in the disabled area. Advanced notification will be required
• In the event of bad weather we will endeavour to accommodate disabled supporters and their carers in one of the hospitality suites overlooking the pitch.
• We will charge visiting fans the same admission price for accommodation comparable with that used by the home support, excluding local arrangements for members, family enclosures, senior citizens and children.

COMMUNITY ACTIVITY
• The Club seeks to promote close links between the Club and its community and to introduce young people to football as players and spectators.
• The Club will endeavour to offer organised coaching for boys and girls in mainstream schools.
• The Club will support and work with outside agencies, especially disadvantaged groups.
• Regarding anti-racism initiatives, the club supports the aims of leading initiatives such as “Show Racism the Red Card” to tackle problems of racism within the game.
• The Club supports local charities and national worthy causes whenever possible.
• The Club supports community and school events via players visits whenever possible.

MERCHANDISE
• Both home and away replica strips will normally have a life span of at least one or two season, unless changes are enforced due to contractual obligations.
• The club intends to communicate with its supporters regarding new replica strip designs and prospective launch dates.
• Future details of the next intended changes of kits will be made available from the club shop.
• The club offers refunds on merchandise in accordance with its legal obligations.
