Stirling Albion play the second of seven games in 22 days when we head across the border to take on Berwick Rangers at Shielfield this Tuesday, March 13, kick-off 7.45pm.
It’s our first away match since the 2-1 win at Cowdenbeath on February 10 and was due to be played on March 3 but was postponed due to snow.
Team news: Midfielder Andy Black is out for several weeks with a broken collarbone. Skipper Willie Robertson missed out at the weekend but has a chance of making the squad.
Previous meetings: Berwick were 1-0 winners at Shielfield in early December when Michael McKenna scored the only goal after seven minutes. We won both Forthbank meetings this season – 4-0 in August and 2-0 in January.
Opponents: Berwick held Montrose to a 2-2 draw in their last home game on February 24 but lost 3-0 away to Elgin City on Saturday and are on a run of just one win in 12 matches. Robbie Horn’s men are eighth in the table and will be looking to make the most of a run of four home games in a row.
Referee: Lloyd Wilson
Admission: Reduced prices of £10 for adults and £5 for concessions apply.
Weather: Current forecast is for cloudy but largely dry.
