Kavanagh signs new contract

SAFC News, Squad News

Stirling Albion are delighted to announce that striker Ross Kavanagh signed his first professional contract after yesterday’s win over Clyde.

The 19-year-old, who made his debut against East Stirlingshire in March of this year, has agreed terms until the end of the 2017/18 campaign.

Ross, who was top scorer for the U20 side last season, netted his first goal of the current campaign to set us on the way to the 3-0 victory against Clyde at Forthbank.

Binos boss Dave Mackay said: “Ross has shown an outstanding attitude since I came to the club and fully deserves this contract. I have been impressed by his performances so far and we look forward to helping him develop as a player.”
