Martyn Corrigan is again in caretaker charge of Stirling Albion as we seek to extend our unbeaten run to five matches when we welcome Ladbrokes League 2 leaders Forfar Athletic to Forthbank on Saturday.
We go into the game on the back of a 1-1 draw with Clyde at Broadwood, having drawn 0-0 with Berwick Rangers in our last home fixture in mid-October.
Team news: Ross Forsyth and Ross McGeachie remain out and Darren Smith and Ross Smith are also still sidelined. Forfar are without defender Michael Travis.
Previous meetings: We have a dreadful recent record against Forfar, failing to win in 10 attempts – seven defeats and three draws – since a 2-0 victory at Station Park in March 2007 en route to promotion via the play-offs. We lost 4-1 there earlier this season and went down 1-0 to a Gavin Malin goal on Forfar’s last visit to Forthbank in January 2015.
Opponents: Forfar won their first seven games in Ladbrokes League 2 but have since lost to Montrose and Arbroath and drawn with Edinburgh City, who also knocked them out of the Scottish Cup – 1-0 in a Station Park replay on Tuesday. Their lead at the top is now a single point over Elgin City.
