Stirling Albion manager Stuart McLaren was pleased that his side gave the supporters something to cheer in the final home game of the season.
Goals from Moses Olanrewaju and Ross Kavanagh earned us a 2-1 victory over promotion-chasing Annan, who pulled one back through a deflected effort from Josh Todd.
McLaren said: “It was good to finish at home with a positive result. Over the course of the season we have left the fans disappointed so it was good to send them away with the small consolation of a result and a performance.
“I’m delighted for Ross Kavanagh to get his first senior goal. He is a goalscorer and has done very well for the U20s – we have high hopes for him but he just has to keep his head down and keep working hard.”
