Supporters’ Code of Conduct
In light of the recent well-publicised events at a number of Scottish grounds, I would like to take this opportunity to remind both home and away fans attending matches at Forthbank Stadium that, in common with all Clubs, we have in place a Supporters’ Code of Conduct, supported by Ground Regulations, both of which apply to everyone.
These documents are available to view on the Club website HERE. The Supporters’ Code of Conduct is also displayed, inside the ground, in the foyer area behind each pair of turnstiles and the Ground Regulations are on display, outside the ground, adjacent to the turnstiles.
I would wish to advise fans that the Club will not tolerate any abuse of the conditions detailed within the documents and that action will be taken against anyone who fails to comply. The action taken will range from the individual(s) concerned being warned as to their future conduct, being refused entry to, or ejected from, the Stadium and, in extreme cases, a Football Banning Order being pursued.
Whilst any transgression from the expected standard of behaviour is unacceptable, I would like to make specific reference to any form of pyrotechnic being brought (or an attempt to bring) inside the Stadium. Such objects have the potential to inflict serious injury and, as such, the Club will apply a strict Zero Tolerance policy and will bring the matter to the attention of Police Scotland for their consideration of proceedings.
Finally, anyone found guilty of a criminal offence as a direct consequence of their action(s) in or within the footprint of the Stadium will be banned for life from attending matches at Forthbank and this detail will be passed to Police Scotland for their consideration with regards to other stadiums.
