Stirling Albion are delighted to announce our brand new block of classes, which are now available to book online!
These classes have been running in partnership with Active Stirling over the last two years, but SAFC will now take over most of the planning, bookings and delivery of the classes although the partnership will still exist.
Football Centres for children aged between 5 and 12, including a goalkeeping session, can now be booked ONLINE via the Stirling Albion website by following the tabs listed for each venue. Mini Kickers classes for 3-4 year olds can still be booked via Active Stirling – 03000 280 101.
SAFC Community Engagement Manager, Andy Todd, is delighted with the new setup: “Our partnership with Active Stirling has gone from strength to strength in my two years at the club and this is just the next step forward. It had always been discussed that the club would take more of an active role in the planning and management of the classes and it’s great that this can now happen. This will allow Active Stirling to continue to provide even more support to the network of grassroots football clubs throughout the community as part of their partnership with the Scottish FA.”
Football Classes are now all available to book online or via the Eventbrite mobile app: “Online bookings is a huge step forward for our football classes in Stirling. I hope this option will be much more convenient for customers rather than booking over the phone. It is quick and easy and Eventbrite also have a mobile app for iPhone and Android which people can download and book that way.”
Customers who were booked on the last couple of term-time blocks or the summer programme will be receiving a letter from Active Stirling communicating the new changes. If anyone has any further questions, Andy can be reached on 01786 450399 or via email at email@example.com.
Classes can be booked by following the relevant venue link on the Stirling Albion home page. To keep up with all the latest on community classes follow @SAFCCommunity on Twitter and Like SAFCCommunity on Facebook.
