McKinlay signs on
Stirling Albion are delighted to announce the signing of Kevin McKinlay on a contract until the end of next season.
The Stirling-born 28-year-old was on the books of Chelsea as a youngster and has played for Ross County, Partick Thistle, Dundalk, Stenhousemuir and Ayr United.
Kevin, who is left-sided and can play at the back or in midfield, moved from Ochilview to Somerset Park during the summer and joins us after being released from his contract by mutual consent.
Binos boss Stuart McLaren said: “From an ability and character perspective, Kevin is exactly the type of individual we want to bring to Stirling Albion. He will significantly improve the quality of our playing group, along with bringing some leadership. The fact he is a local lad is also a very positive aspect of this signing.”
