Stirling Albion manager Greig McDonald was satisfied with a point as it ended 0-0 against Airdrieonians at the Excelsior Stadium on Saturday.
Both sides twice hit the woodwork but neither could make the breakthrough as we extended our unbeaten away league run to eight matches.
McDonald said: “I thought we defended very well and I felt that we played the better football of the two teams. I thought we shaded it but maybe a draw is fair overall.
“That’s three away games out of four this season in the league and we haven’t lost any of them so we have to be happy to have five points on the board.”
Airdrie boss Gary Bollan said: “Both teams had chances and a draw was probably a fair result. It’s disappointing that we still haven’t scored a goal but the positive thing is that we kept a clean sheet because we have been leaking goals recently.”
