Clyde visit Forthbank on Saturday as we bid to join them and Annan in the play-offs, along with either Arbroath or East Fife from League 1. A draw will be enough to claim fourth spot but a victory would lift us above Clyde. Berwick will take the final play-off place if we lose and they beat Peterhead at Shielfield.
Team news: Defender Ross McGeachie, who missed last week’s 4-0 win at Peterhead with an ankle knock, is rated doubtful but Binos boss Greig McDonald reports no new injury worries for our final match of the League 2 campaign.
Facts and figures: We are unbeaten in six matches, scoring at least two goals in each, and have lost just twice in 12 games. We have lost only once at home since September – to Peterhead in February. David Weatherston has scored five goals in his last five matches. Clyde’s away record is eight wins, three draws and six defeats.
Recent meetings: Clyde are the only team we have not beaten this season, with the Bully Wee winning 2-1 and 1-0 at Broadwood. It was 1-1 at Forthbank in December when Graham Weir cancelled out John Sweeney’s opener. It was two wins apiece last season – both teams winning once at home and once away.
