Stirling Albion head south of the border on Saturday to take on Berwick Rangers at Shielfield. We are seeking a fifth straight away league win, having beaten Annan and Clyde at the end of 2012/13 and Montrose and Queen’s Park in August. The last defeat on our travels was against Berwick six months ago.
Team news: Skipper Jamie Bishop returns after missing the last three games due to injury but midfielder David McClune is still sidelined with an ankle problem.
This season: Berwick moved up to second place in League 2 with a 2-0 win over Albion Rovers at Cliftonhill on Saturday. Ian Little’s team are unbeaten since losing
1-0 at Clyde on the opening day and have beaten Queen’s Park 4-0 and Annan 4-2 in their two home league games. We are one point and one place below the Borderers.
Last season: Jordan White scored on his Albion debut at Shielfield 12 months ago but we suffered a 4-1 defeat. Our second visit came on a freezing midweek night in early March when we lost 1-0 to a late deflected Lee Currie free-kick.
