New signing Jordan White will miss Wednesday’s game against East Stirlingshire at Ochilview due to a one-match ban.
The 20-year-old, who scored seven times while on loan from Falkirk, has now left the Bairns and has agreed a deal at Forthbank until the summer but must first serve his outstanding one-game ban for being sent off against Peterhead.
Club Operations Director, Stuart Brown, confirmed this disappointing news after checking Jordan’s status with the Scottish FA and Scottish Football League.
He said: “Unfortunately, with Falkirk cancelling Jordan’s registration last Friday, and with us being unable to offer Jordan a contract until the transfer window opens, he was left in a position, as an unregistered player, where he could not serve his one-match suspension against Montrose on Saturday past.
“I am bitterly disappointed that he will miss out on Wednesday. I’m also upset for Jordan, who is desperate to play for us and add to his on-loan goal tally.”
