Next game – Peterhead away

We complete the first quarter of our Third Division campaign with a trip to Balmoor to play Peterhead on Saturday.

Jim McInally’s side lost 2-1 away to East Stirlingshire at the weekend and are fourth in the table, two points off the top.

The Blue Toon have a good home record, having followed their opening-day 2-2 draw with Rangers by beating Queen’s Park (1-0), Montrose (2-0) and Berwick Rangers (1-0). Albion are yet to pick up a point on the road, losing 3-1 at Elgin City and East Stirling and 4-1 at Berwick.

Our last visit to Balmoor was in March 2010 when it ended 1-1 and that has been the score in three of the past four encounters in the North East – the other was won 3-2 by Peterhead.

Admission prices are £12 adults and £6 concessions. The referee is Gary Hilland.
