Saturday August 25 – Forthbank – 3pm
Team newsStriker Bradley Coyne will be out for several weeks with a knee injury and player-assistant manager Shaun Fagan remains sidelined. New signing Steven Weir is in line for his debut after joining from Australian outfit Moreland Zebras until the end of December. Clyde have snapped up former Morton winger Sean Fitzharris but recent recruit Bryan Gilfillan misses out for the Bully Wee. Pat Scullion returns for Jim Duffy’s men.
Match info Clyde have an excellent record at Forthbank, with seven wins to our three in the 14 previous encounters. There have been four draws. We came out on top 1-0 last time thanks to a Scott Robertson header in April 2010. We kicked off our campaign with a 5-1 win over Annan but slumped 3-1 at Elgin last week. Clyde started with a 3-2 comeback victory at Montrose but went down 2-0 to Peterhead on Saturday. That game was played at Alloa as the new artificial pitch at Broadwood wasn’t quite ready for action.
