Keeper Crawford Moves On

We can confirm that David Crawford has now left the club after his short spell at Forthbank.

David made his debut in the Communities League Cup tie at Arbroath on August 4 when Sam Filler and Mark Peat were both absent and U19 keeper Jamie Cleland had been ill.

However, all three are available for Saturday’s trip to Elgin and former Queen’s Park and Alloa No 1 Crawford goes with our best wishes after coming to the rescue for our cup clash.

Binos boss Greig McDonald said:

“I’d like to thank David for helping us out at such short notice and for putting in an excellent performance up at Arbroath. He is a great guy and a good professional and I am sure he will be a great asset for whoever he chooses to sign for. Everyone at Stirling Albion FC would like to wish David all the best for the future.”
