Stirling Albion have signed keeper David Crawford on a short-term contract and the 27-year-old will make his debut against Arbroath in the first round of the Communities League Cup tomorrow.
The 27-year-old has previously played for Queen’s Park, Dumbarton, Alloa and Ayr United and had a spell with Clyde last season.
Greig McDonald handed the paperwork to the SFL late on Friday afternoon as Sam Filler is suspended, Mark Peat is unavailable and U19 keeper Jamie Cleland was ill earlier this week.
The game comes too soon for David McClune but Kieran McAnespie is set for his debut against his former club, who beat the Binos 3-2 in the previous League Cup meeting four years ago.
Admission prices are £12 for adults, £6 concessions and £15 parent and child. The referee is Paul Robertson. Extra time and penalties will settle the tie if the score is level at 90 minutes.
